Designed with patient interchangeable elastic straps attached to upper and lower trays, the Myerson SleepBetter EMA oral appliance reportedly offers a solution for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.

Featuring bite pads that increase vertical opening and maximize room for the tongue, the EMA provides gradual advancement of the mandible and opens the bite to reduce airflow restriction during sleep. Five elastic strap options are available to fit all stages of treatment, and two extra sets of straps in white and blue are included.
